Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy for you to return your item(s) for a store credit. Please email calibrehairstudio@gmail.com who will advise you of the process and assist you with organising your return.
The following conditions apply to return items if you are unsatisfied:
We ask that you give the products a chance and try them out for at least 2 weeks. If you are unhappy with the results, you can return the products back to us within the 30 days of purchase date and we'll refund you a store credit.
Return shipping is not included in the refund. Shipping and insurance for the parcel is non-refundable.
If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the damaged goods and receipt of the purchase at calibrehairstudio@gmail.com
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
- Shipping & Insurance fees cannot be credited.
- Products returned damaged if they were not damaged when you receive them will not be credited.
- Change of mind on purchase will not be refunded after products have been shipped.
